Top Management Night – Summary

Sixty members, guests and managers enjoyed a top-notch Top Management Night on April 7th at Harry’s Savoy Grill. Each attendee received a complimentary box of chocolates from Neuchatel Chocolates and an excellent dinner.

Our speaker was Vinay Gupta from the Happen Group, an Innovation Company. He spoke on ‘Innovation: Past, Present, and Future’, and discussed how to improve our innovation-to-application success rate. Simply put, a sound innovation process is simply “a reproducible process of creative problem solving” and “applied invention”. The participants all gave high marks for the presentation.

This was also our awards night.

SAVE THE DATE: Our final PDM for this year is May 12th. The speaker will be Dr. David Dobrzykowski from Rutgers University. His topic “Coordinating Health Care Delivery – A supply chain approach”. Join us at the Christiana Hilton in Wilmington for this great evening.
